iWelcome operates in accordance with commercial transportation requirements applicable to the vehicle, service and jurisdiction. Depending on the assignment, this includes commercial insurance and liability coverage, CVOR obligations, U.S. DOT registration for applicable cross-border operations, and required annual or semi-annual vehicle inspections.

Vehicle Standards

Vehicles in our confirmed owned core are maintained and insured to a commercial operating standard. Assignment readiness considers maintenance and inspection status, cleanliness, presentation, passenger and luggage fit, and suitability for the operating environment.

Chauffeur Standards

Chauffeurs are assigned and briefed around the confirmed scope, including route, schedule, access requirements, guest profile, communication procedures and service expectations. Professional conduct and sound judgement remain part of the operating standard throughout delivery.

Managed Partner Standards

Partner vehicles and chauffeurs used for surge, geographic or specialty capacity are reviewed before assignment. Relevant licensing, insurance, vehicle fit and operating capability are considered against the engagement scope while iWelcome retains responsibility for coordination and service expectations.

iWelcome participates in the National Limousine Association (NLA) and the Ontario Limousine Owners Association (OLOA). Industry participation supports continuous professional development, awareness of operating practices and engagement with professional standards.
