Each division has its own people, responsibilities and operating discipline. They work as one connected team so commercial commitments, project plans, live delivery, guest care and fleet readiness remain aligned from the first conversation to final closeout.
Clients are connected to the right division lead while iWelcome retains one clear line of accountability across the complete engagement.
Sets the company direction and remains accountable for the operating philosophy behind every iWelcome engagement. The executive office connects strategy, major client relationships, partnerships and program oversight.
Supported by the senior operating team responsible for commercial decisions, program governance and cross-division alignment.
Develops corporate relationships, partnership opportunities and proposals that translate each client brief into a clear commercial and service scope.
The division supports account development, client discovery, proposal coordination and long-term partner relationships.
Turns confirmed requirements into practical transportation programs, aligning schedules, resources, stakeholders and service standards before live delivery begins.
Project managers coordinate planning, documentation, timelines, client communication and program readiness across every workstream.
Controls daily operations and live movements through vehicle assignment, chauffeur coordination, routing decisions, schedule adaptation and issue resolution.
Dispatchers and operations coordinators maintain the live operating picture and connect chauffeurs, field teams and project leadership.
Protects the human side of every movement, from pre-arrival communication and meet-and-greet support to VIP handling and on-site guest care.
Guest-experience coordinators support arrivals, departures, special requirements and the service details guests remember.
Maintains vehicle readiness and operating standards through fleet coordination, maintenance oversight, chauffeur preparation and assignment-level safety checks.
