Terms
These terms govern use of the iWelcome website and the submission of service requests. A confirmed quotation, booking agreement or project contract governs the actual service engagement.
What this means in practice
Submitting a form, using the Concierge or receiving an automated receipt does not confirm availability, price, vehicle, chauffeur, partner, itinerary or service. A commitment exists only when iWelcome issues written confirmation under the applicable quotation or agreement.
Confirmed documents identify the service scope, schedule, vehicle or capacity basis, operating assumptions, price, payment requirements, cancellation terms and any third-party conditions. Changes may require revised pricing and written approval.
Requesters are responsible for providing accurate dates, times, addresses, passenger counts, luggage, flight information, accessibility requirements, contacts and operating restrictions, and for communicating material changes promptly.
Vehicle images and descriptions may represent a class or configuration. Exact capacity, amenities, ownership and assignment are confirmed for the engagement. Qualified partners may provide capacity where the agreed delivery model requires it.
Service is subject to applicable laws, road conditions, access rules, vehicle limitations and safety requirements. iWelcome and its operating partners may decline instructions that are unlawful, unsafe or outside the confirmed scope.
Website and Concierge responses provide service orientation and request assistance. They do not provide legal advice, guarantee availability or pricing, negotiate terms, or independently confirm a booking.
Links, maps, reviews and third-party services are governed by their respective operators. iWelcome is not responsible for external website availability or content, but remains accountable for personal information under its control.
The iWelcome name, brand assets, website design and original content may not be copied, republished or used to imply affiliation without permission. Third-party media remains subject to its identified rights and licence terms.
If these website terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. Applicable jurisdiction and dispute provisions are stated in the confirmed agreement. Effective date: August 4, 2026.
